There are many teacher, gurus in the name of yoga. Most of them don’t have the capacity to give you what you are seeking. But they say they can teach you yoga! They only give big talks on Facebook and YouTube. Or make you busy with physical yoga. If the teacher is not spiritually enlightened, how can they enlighten you?
If you don’t want to waste your years, it is better you be more selective and careful. You are seekers and don’t let anybody deceive you in the name of yoga.

- True Yoga Teacher has great knowledge about Kundalini, how to awaken it also chakras and how to clean them.
- True yoga teacher teaches how to control your mind and reach thoughtless and doubtless awareness.
