My name is Rishi Dubai. I’m from Mississauga, Ontario and I’m 16 years old. I meditate regularly, once a day. The feeling of enjoyment of inner peace keeps me meditating every day. And I truly love this feeling because it helps me focus on studies and helps me achieve the things that I want to achieve.
The biggest problem for me was singing in front of the public and by meditating every day, if felt so much better and so much [more] comfortable singing in front of people and sharing my love to all.
Sahaja Yoga has helped me in school a lot, I mean, I’m more focused, I’m more concentrated, and I’m more positive, like with all the negative things around me, with all the racism, all this sort of stuff, Sahaja Yoga keeps me positive and keeps me going throughout the day.
Without it I’m incomplete because, it provides an aspect of my life which never really came about, and that is the spirituality, and the humbleness and the compassion, all these qualities I have learned through Sahaja Yoga, and which has help me become a much better person.
The biggest thing I enjoy about Sahaja Yoga is the collectivity and the people and their love, I just love their love. And I feel lovely with their love.
