As you know we have autonomous nervous system within ourselves which works and according to Sahaja Yoga, we have 3 channels as you also called them left-right sympathetic and the parasympathetic nervous system. But according to Sahaja Yoga, left side works for your emotions and desires, the right side works for your physical and mental, we separate them. And the central path which we call as ‘Shushumna’ is the one that is for our ascent, kept ready. And on that, there are the centers, the subtle centers which on the physical level are catered to our plexuses. But they also look after the mental side. So the first experience of a person, supposing he is normal, his health is all right and that he has been to any false guru or he has not spent any time with some sort of an extreme behaviour, normally such a person gets cool breeze coming out of his head and he feels the cool breeze all around himself. Yoga is the union with that All Pervading Power. And when Kundalini gets attached to that, you start feeling them, the flow of that power through your hands. You start feeling the cool vibrations flowing through your hands. Also you feel all these, sympathetic centers here, left side and right side. They combine together to form the central path which we call the Para Sympathetic, the Shushumna. So these also get enlightened. And some people have tremendous experience, I would say, that as soon as they get their Kundalini up there, of course first you feel thoughtlessly aware, when it crosses this center. And when it crosses this, you feel these cool breeze in the hands and cool breeze around. So depends on the person, how you feel. Some people those who have this center little weak, don’t feel in the hands, might feel in the head. Or some people feel in the hands but their mind is still thinking so may not feel in the head, depends on. But ultimately everybody feels on the hands and out of their fontanelle bone area.
